Walter has been involved in various capacities within the global resource industries and the North American and European finance markets (both debt and equity) since 1991. Walter has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Frontline since the fall of 2009.

Prior to joining Frontline, Mr. Henry acted as VP, Finance and CFO with a number of public companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange, including Tiberon Minerals Ltd., Royal Nickel Corp., Juno Special Situations Corp., Satori Resources Inc., and Alturas Minerals Corp. Prior to 2003 He served with CIBC, BNP Paribas, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he managed portfolios and arranged project financings totaling over $1 billion.

Currently, Mr. Henry serves as a Director of Riverside Resources, Alturas Minerals Corp, Gold Candle Ltd., and Talisker Gold Corp. Since 2003, he has since held executive positions with Tiberon Minerals, Royal Nickel Corporation, Alturas Minerals, and Satori Resources Inc. He has held various Chairman, Audit Committee Chairman and Director roles, in the following companies: Alexandria Minerals Corporation, Alturas Minerals Corp., Merrex Gold Corp, and Platinex Inc. Mr. Henry has completed the requirements of the CFA program and Institute of Corporate Directors - Director Education Program.

Darryl Sittler, ICD.D
Director

A former National Hockey League player and a 1989 inductee to the Hockey Hall of Fame, Mr. Sittler is a self-employed businessman and a consultant to the Toronto Maple Leaf Hockey Club in the areas of community relations and marketing. Darryl is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors and is currently a Director of Wallbridge Mining Company Limited.

Tom Hussey, CPA, C.A.
Audit Chair, Director

Tom Hussey is currently a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee of both Alturas Minerals (ALT) and Folkstone Capital (FKS) companies listed on the CDX. He has also been and is currently a member of the board of directors of many organizations in both private companies and not-for-profit organizations. Tom has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants for over 40 years and is a KPMG LLP alumnus. Over the last 40 years, Tom has held senior positions, including CFO, in many companies in the packaging industry and recently retired as CFO of a cybersecurity solutions company. Tom was also the CFO of Wallbridge Mining Company (WM) prior to and after the company’s initial public offering.

JAMES ATKINSON, M.Sc., P.Geo
Director

Since 2018, Mr. Atkinson has been the President and CEO of Talisker Gold, a wholly owned subsidiary of Advance United. An experienced exploration geologist and project manager with over 45 years of experience, Mr. Atkinson has spent his career in both mineral exploration and mining and in the environmental field as Vice President, Exploration Manager and Regional Manager with junior and major mining companies such as Newmont, Billiton and Agnico Eagle. He has reviewed, evaluated and acquired projects around the world and recently was part of the team responsible for mergers and acquisitions at American Silver. He has worked with investors to form and manage junior exploration companies.
